The Watering Bowl, a cage-free doggy daycare and boarding facility, is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible and motivated Front Desk Attendant. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The Watering Bowl has three locations: Brentwood (Hanley), The Grove (Dog Grove) and St. Peters.

We are looking for dog lovers who want a customer facing, detail-oriented position. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for the majority of our client interactions. They should be capable of executing friendly and helpful interactions while adapting to each clients' personality. As well as upholding and explaining company policies that apply to our clients. Furthermore, the front desk associate should also be able to quickly work on a computer to setup appointments, check dogs in/out, post on social media and collect payments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be available to work a mix of both morning and afternoon/evening shifts (typically 6:45am-1:30pm and 1pm-8:30pm)
• Weekends and some holidays are required
• Must be comfortable standing on your feet the entire shift and be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be comfortable working both inside and outside in all weather conditions
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school degree or equivalent
