E-Commerce and Client Financial Service Representative

E-Commerce and Client Financial Service Representative responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available. The E-Commerce and Client Financial Service Representative documents and resolves customer problems. Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures. Additionally, E-Commerce and Client Financial Service Representative verifies and processes third party electronic sales orders via Pay by Link for merchandise and services. Also, processes and maintains client files up to date with accounts and financial data changes.

Essential Experience & Requirements

• Minimum Two-year college degree in Business or relevant field experience.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Advanced Excel skills, especially with formulas and
• Strong analytical
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft
• Ability to work retail operational hours, some remote work may be required.
• Luxury retail experience and luxury watch/jewelry brand knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and SAPC is
