Requirements:

• Candidates should ideally hold a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering with a Mechanical Emphasis or Mechanical Engineering or have equivalent experience in a project engineering role. 
• Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing piping systems is a plus.
• Create accurate/timely estimates
• Complete projects on time, within budget and meeting the quality demands of our clients
• Work independently, as well as with others, in a professional manner
• Be detail-oriented
• Proficiently navigate Microsoft Office products, especially word and excel, with Bluebeam or Highlands experience being a plus.
