As a Sales Enablement Instructional Designer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales teams by developing and implementing instructional programs. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying sales training needs and designing engaging and impactful learning modules. Leveraging your expertise in instructional design, you will create a variety of training resources, such as interactive lunch and learns, e-learning modules and best practice sharing events to ensure that our sales professionals are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. Collaborating closely with cross-functional divisions, you will stay abreast of company best practices to continuously refine and optimize our sales enablement programs. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, create engaging sales training programs along with your passion for driving sales performance, will be essential building a success within our organization!
Responsibilities
Content Development: Create and curate sales enablement content to support and train the sales team. This includes content and structure for sales trainings, best practice sharing sessions, and lunch and learns.
Sales Training: Collaborate with division leadership, marketing, and sales leadership to develop training programs that enhance the sales team's cross division product knowledge, selling skills, and understanding of the customer bases.
Sales Onboarding: Create strategies to address training needs in onboarding and upskilling of current sales team. Work closely with Sales Leadership to identify needs. Develop a robust, repeatable, and successful onboarding curriculum will be a key part of the role.
Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies. Attend relevant conferences, webinars, and training sessions to enhance your own knowledge and bring new insights to the organization.
