Description:
1. Rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel
2. Polish and finish sanding of aluminum and stainless steel
3. Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
4. Other duties as assigned
Requirements: 1. Minimum 2 years of aluminum and/or stainless steel finishing experience
2. Strong communication skills
3. Reliability and punctuality
4. Collaboration within a team
5. Overtime when necessary
6. Flexibility to change tasks within the shop
Physical Requirements: 1. Lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
