Job Title:	Metal Finisher - Grinding
Job Type:	Temp to Hire
Location:	Rogers, MN
Shift/Hours:	1st shift, 6:00am-2:30m, Monday thru Friday
Career Level:	2 years aluminum and/or stainless steel finishing experience
Education:	HSD/GED
Salary:	$19-$21/hr (hiring bonus of $1000 - $250 @ 30 Days, $250 @ 60 days and $500 once hired on)
Company Info:	Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturer of architectural metal products and would like to add an experienced metal finisher to their team.
Description:	1. Rough grinding of aluminum and stainless steel 2. Polish and finish sanding of aluminum and stainless steel 3. Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards 4. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:	1. Minimum 2 years of aluminum and/or stainless steel finishing experience 2. Strong communication skills 3. Reliability and punctuality 4. Collaboration within a team 5. Overtime when necessary 6. Flexibility to change tasks within the shop
Physical Requirements:	1. Lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
