Description
1. Mowing the grass and keeping the shrubbery trimmed.
2. Watering gardens, planters, and grass as needed.
3. Must be available for OT and overnights to perform snow removal and salting on sidewalks during the winter months.
4. Work the scheduled hours and follow the on-call requirements.
5. Picking up debris on the grounds and taking out trash.
6. Sweeping and pressure washing underground parking lots.
7. Adhering to company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
8. Other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
1. Knowledge of gardening and snow removal equipment is a must.
2. Flexibility with schedule during the winter months.
3. Reliable and punctual attendance is a must.
4. You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is required.
5. Strong customer service skills.
6. Strong Attention to Detail.
7. Maintain a professional presence while on company time.
8. Must pass Kari Koskinen Manager Background Check after acceptance of job offer.
Physical Reqs
1. Able to meet physical demands as this job requires you to be on your feet most of the day. There will be a lot of repetitive motion to include but not limited to bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting.
2. Heavy lifting is required at times. Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
