We just celebrated one year of being privately owned again & are adding another DVM to our team so we are looking for another CSR to join our vibrant practice! The Village Vet in Silverlake is a privately owned 2 doctor/day practice open Wed- Sat from 8am to 6pm but we will expanding to Mon- Sat. We provide a friendly & supportive environment where we all work as a team and everyone treats each other with respect. We teach each other so we can continue to improve our skills and excel in what we do.

We also like to have fun outside of work. We went to Highland Park Bowl as a team and have a Rage Room & Brunch event planned for this month. We held our holiday party at Bacari Silverlake.

We expect you to like animals but, to apply here, you MUST ALSO enjoy working with people (pet owners & coworkers!). Friendliness and a good attitude are what we are looking for.

Main duties include answering a multi-line phone, checking patients in/out, processing client payments, data entry, checking & replying to emails, online pharmacy requests, cleaning & other general office duties.

This is a full time position (consisting of four 10 hour shifts) from Monday to Saturday. Wage commensurate with experience ($18-$22/hr).
