Conduct daily rounds, provide clinical supervision for nursing assistants, administer and document resident's care and treatments appropriately. $2,000 hiring bonus!QualificationsCurrent and unrestricted Minnesota State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical NurseMust be able to read, write, speak and understand the English languageAbility to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actionMust possess ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general publicMust be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term careMust possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.Must be physically capable of effectively hearing, seeing and speaking.Must be physically capable of walking, prolonged standing, taking stairs, running, prolonged sitting, bending, pulling/pushing weights exceeding 150 lbs and fine motor dexterity (i.e. computer usage).Must be able to physically and emotionally assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.Additional InformationIf interested please apply online or stop in to fill out an application.
