Job Title: Office Manager - Real Estate Office
Location: The Vicky Blair Group, Coldwell Banker Excel 990 5th St. Elko, NV 89801
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and deadlines. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for agents and staff. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and addressing any maintenance issues. Assist with marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, and creating promotional materials. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Maintain office cleanliness and organization to uphold a professional image. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Collaborate with management to implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Support agents with various tasks, including preparing documents, coordinating transactions, and providing administrative support as needed.
Qualifications: Experience in office management or administrative role preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is a plus.
