The Director of Clinical Operations oversees the management and efficiency of VERLAND's clinical operations. This role involves analyzing workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The Director works closely with leadership, staff, and external partners to enhance healthcare delivery and operational effectiveness.

KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Develop and implement strategies for clinical management and process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address operational inefficiencies and enhance patient care delivery.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
- Promote best practices and innovative solutions within clinical operations with documented PDSA and other metrics
- Support consistent workflows at all Verland sites.

- Clinical Management: Oversee the daily operations of all Verland sites, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance clinical operations and patient care.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven approaches to monitor clinic performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3- 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards i.e. HRSA and Joint Commission
- Must have familiarity with electronic health records, Adults with Disability regulations, and clinical scheduling.
Essential Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Office work environment. Must be able to travel to all sites as needed. Requires prolonged sitting, standing, and general office activities. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.
