Job Description

The Store Associate delivers world class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machine, laminating machines, notary, and point of sales devices. Provide customers with accurate information on our array of products, services, and exhibits confidence by knowing best practices. All while having fun too!

The ideal candidate has previoius retail sales experience, outgoing, strong computer and internet skills, friendly, genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. A fast learner with attention to details.

Responsibilities

Delivers outstanding customer service to walk in customers and telephone inquiries.

Takes action to learn all products, services, and offer solutions to customers needs.

Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Perform duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Prompt, reliable, and responsible

Friendly with positive attitude in person and on phone

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites

Able to lift 40lbs

Work Weekends and Holidays a must

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
