Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns
- Provide product information and assist with product selection
- Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to upsell products and services to increase sales
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as we have a diverse customer base
- Technical sales experience is an asset
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued
