The UPS Store 4931 is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Buena, CA

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Duties:
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Process transactions using cash registers and other point-of-sale systems
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
