The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor, and a professional appearance. The candidate must be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest possible time.

No late nights, no Sundays. Our store hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday (must be able to work opening and closing shifts during the week) and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday. Rotating Saturdays is a must, we can be flexible.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
• Continuously practices good listening skills with customers, UPS Store team members, and leadership
• Takes ownership of the customer's shipping needs and offers viable solutions
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Notary: The individual hired will need to become a notary if not already one.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
