To provide support and assist with the overall administration and development of the University Transportation Center for Railway Safety (UTCRS).
Description of Duties Assists with program planning and implementation for all UTCRS operations.Compiles, sorts, and organizes data for entry into varios databases.
Distributes program information and conducts program research.Initiates, develops and sustains strong positive relations with stakeholders to ensure achievement of the mission and goals of the department and / or college.
May track and report on current trends to determine future program needs.Assists in preparing reports on the status of the program, including state of development, proposals, budget variances, or other documents as required for the program.
Greets visitors and communicates with customer, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate and / or explain information.
Maintains financial records, including reconciliation of department accounts.Assists in the creation and distribution of program materials, forms, and general correspondence.
May provide program specific training.Performs other duties as assigned. Supervision Received Special supervision from assigned supervisor.
