The University of Arizona’s College of Applied Science and Technology (CAST) is seeking Summer Instructors to teach in the Bachelor of Applied Science degree programs.

CAST has multiple interdisciplinary Bachelor of Applied Science degree programs. Summer Instruction is based on two 7 week sessions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses online.
• Teaching responsibilities include traditional course delivery, independent studies, as well as creation and revision of course content.
• Prepare course syllabi, assignments, and activities.
• Prepare and deliver course lectures / workshops.
• Critique and grade student assignments and examinations.
• Maintain regular office hours.
• Instructors may be required to attend meetings and submit materials as requested throughout the term of appointment.
