Position: UX/UI Designer

Location: Turkey (100% work from home)

Travel: 0%

Shift: Daytime working hours in Turkey, extending into evening hours in order to overlap with the team in the US.

We're looking for a creative individual to join our team as a UI/UX Designer, specializing in designing intuitive and efficient interfaces for our products. These designs will be tailored to serve our customers who are engineers with specialized expertise in simulation software. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product design and engineering, to understand and translate their unique requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Develop visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that cater to our customers who are engineers with advanced technical backgrounds.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and workflows to engineering users.
• Work hand-in-hand with our product and development team to ensure seamless implementation of your designs while considering technical feasibility and constraints.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from our users to refine and optimize the user experience, incorporating their specialized needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Qualifications:

*Minimum of 7 years of UX design experience of web-based products and services. Ideally, most of the experience is in B2B software products.

*A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and demonstrating a deep understanding of UX methodologies.

*Proficiency in design and prototyping tools. Figma expertise is a must.

*Experience in user-centered design, planning, and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and usability and accessibility concerns.

*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly articulate design decisions and processes.

*Experience working in an agile/scrum development process is a plus.

*A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

*Operate in a self-managed capacity

*Eager to learn and investigate

*Being comfortable in design and architecture discussions

*Self-disciplined, self-starting, and hard-working; able to work with a team scattered around the globe, able to work in flexible schedules.

*Good communication and analytical skills.

*Intermediate to advanced level in spoken and written English.
