Job Summary:
We are a brand new restaurant called Turkish Village that serves authentic turkish food with Ozikizler located inside specializing in Kunefe and Turkish & Yemeni coffee plus much more. We are looking for dependable, reliable hosts, whom are the first person the customer encounters. We have reservations that need to be managed with great communication skills. Must also have an outgoing personality with a smile. Hiring for morning and evening shift.

Duties:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient seating and service
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Assist in other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Strong guest service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of food service procedures is desirable
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
