Overview:
We are seeking someone who with a background in retail. Experience with hemp and CBD products is a plus, but not required if you are open to learning. The ideal candidate for this position is self-motivated and great with customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide recommendations, and answer any questions they may have
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively sell products and close sales
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of electronics is a plus
