Experience: 5 years of similar experience

Job Duties:

1. Maintenance Mastery: Use your expertise to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.

2. Troubleshooting Expert: Identify and diagnose equipment and facility issues, and implement effective solutions to resolve them promptly.

3. Safety First: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment for members and staff.

4. Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the life of equipment and facilities.

5. Jack of All Trades: Be ready to tackle any maintenance challenge that comes your way, from fixing leaky faucets to repairing fitness equipment.

6. Team Player: Collaborate with other departments and team members to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations.

7. Quality Assurance: Uphold Elite Sports Clubs' standards of excellence by delivering high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all maintenance tasks.

8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of electrical, general construction repairs, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance principles
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check
