The Toasted Yolk Cafe is Hiring a Host Near Leander, TX
1. Must be at least 16 years of age.
2. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
3. Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and wipe.
4. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move around at a brisk pace.
5. Must be able to work well under stress and exercise good judgment when dealing with guest problems and complaints.
6. Must be able to work on time in a company approved uniform.
7. Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
8. Must actively participate in daily Huddles.
9. Must possess excellent communication skills and be a customer service champion.
10. Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other team members.
11. Must follow proper food handling, safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards per The Toasted Yolk Food Safety & Sanitation Manual.
12. Must be knowledgeable of menu items, food quality standards, promotions, and daily specials.
13. Must be knowledgeable of Food-to-Go procedures and be able to accurately package Food-to-Go orders.
14. Must be able to work as a team with all staff and Management.
15. May be required to assist and/or give breaks in other departments.
