```Duties``` - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy of items and modifiers - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management if necessary - Clear tables and reset them for the next guests - Process payments and provide accurate change or process credit card transactions ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests - Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and sanitation practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and promote specials - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Pay: $16.08 - $17.59 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week
