SLP Responsibilities:

• Deliver transformative in-home therapy, employing interventions for speech and language challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments for personalized therapy plans in the home environment.
• Collaborate with parents/caregivers, maintaining transparent communication through detailed records.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans.
• Empower patients, parents, and caregivers through targeted education.
• Document progress comprehensively through electronic reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution and current state licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

• While a minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred, we welcome enthusiastic newcomers.
• Demonstrate proficiency in electronic documentation systems and adhere to best practices in documentation and compliance.
• Communicate effectively with exceptional written and verbal skills, with a focus on family-centered care.
