This position is located in the Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Management and Policy (OMAP). The OMAP provides overall planning, direction, and management of all administrative responsibilities of the OIG. This includes independently providing the full range of budget, human resources, information technology, procurement, and logistics services to the OIG nationwide. This position is located in the OIG Headquarters, Washington DC. The Employee Relations Specialist shall provide Employee Relations Support Services to OMAP including any Supervisory Employee Relations Specialist or the Director of the Division of Human Resources Management

This position will be eligible for telework, up to 5 days per pay period, and must be capable of working remotely (including broadband internet access) or in an office environment as requested.

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Must have or be eligible for security clearances. May require occasional travel.
