A New York City healthcare organization is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team as their new Director of Recruitment. In this role, the Director of Recruitment will be responsible for leading the strategies, processes, and roadmaps that drive the acquisition and onboarding of top talent.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for:
- Creating and managing senior level talent pipelines
- Managing executive level relationships
- Coordinating recruiting initiatives
- Fostering & building relationships with third party firms
- Cultivating a partnership with Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Operations to lead the organization in achieving quality hires
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 4 years of Recruitment and/or related experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in the Healthcare industry
- Experience in a Leadership and/or Management role
- Computer and Social Media savvy
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
