Responsibilities:
The Collections Coordinator will:
- Provide collection guidance and activities to ensure monies owed to the firm are received in a timely manner
- Maintain positive relationships with the firm’s internal and external clients
- Maintain contact with attorneys, staff and clients and observe confidentiality of client and firm matters
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 5 years of experience in a Professional Services environment
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Experience working within a Law firm
- Business to Business Collections experience
- Microsoft Excel expertise
