The Tandym Group is Hiring a Care Management Manager Near White Plains, NY
A recognized health services network in New York is looking to add an experience, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Westchester County as a Care Management Manager.
Responsibilities:
The Care Management Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the department, including:
- Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement plans
- Development of department goals and objectives that are consistent with the hospital mission
- Management of personnel
- Preparing and monitoring of and accountability for the department budgets
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Managerial experience an Acute Hospital
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous experience as a Case Manager
- Master's Degree in Nursing
