An investment manager located in Manhattan is actively seeking a driven and analytical professional to join their staff as their new Associate Director of Investment Operations. In this role, the Associate Director of Investment Operations will provide portfolio accounting, administration, and multi-currency reconciliation support for various institutional accounts and mutual funds.

Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Investment Operations will:

• Input daily cash entries into accounting system (FX, dividend, expenses, income, cash flows)
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare communications related to the processing of various corporate actions events
• Work with custodians, brokers, and traders to identify, investigate, and resolve trade settlement issues
• Daily utilization of Omgeo suite of products for affirmation and confirmation of trade executions
• Implement and maintain settlement instructions of brokers and custodians
• Liaise with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Custodians on a daily basis
• Perform new security setup and security master maintenance
• Participate in daily end of day process to manage the data integrity of cash, positions and trades in accounting and trading systems from current day to next business day

Qualifications
