Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial reports for key stakeholders to track and analyze performance.
  • Update and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to leverage financial insights for operational enhancement.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting efforts, ensuring accurate financial outlooks.
  • Discuss and explain financial discrepancies and projections with company leaders.
  • Use industry trends and market research to support financial predictions and planning.
  • Facilitate the creation of presentations for board and investor meetings.
  • Manage and refine financial models and business cases for major projects and initiatives.
  • Provide financial modeling support to project leaders and strategic planning efforts.
  • Offer operational support and development, including ad-hoc analysis and financial process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Over 5 years of progressive experience in financial leadership within a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in data mining and modeling tools such as Excel, SQL, and Alteryx.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior management.
  • Proven track record in driving financial decisions that enhance profitability.
  • High energy and capable of managing multiple projects alongside routine tasks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, service-oriented, and a well-organized team player.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical skills, accountability, and integrity.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of data, think critically and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • The capacity to adapt to varied conditions.
  • Preferred:
    • MBA or a certification like CMA or CPA.
    • Experience in creating high-level presentations for leadership or boards.
    • Skills in strategic planning and Power BI.
