The Tadchiev Law Firm PC is a law firm focusing on no-fault collections and is currently seeking to add a full-time junior associate. Our clients are medical providers (including orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists, surgical centers, pharmacists, etc) that rendered services to persons injured in motor vehicle accidents. When the no-fault insurance carrier denies our clients' claims, we file arbitration proceedings against them to collect on the unpaid bills. CANDIDATES MUST BE ADMITTED TO PRACTICE IN NEW YORK. This job may be performed remotely, after an in-office training period (typically 1 month). No experience is necessary. We are willing to train the right candidate.
