We at Taco Stache are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff and operations of the local business unit.

General Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and upholding The Taco Stache policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring the store is profitable. We lead by example here at Taco Stache so we expect the a General Manager to show the same professionalism as we expect from the staff.

Job aspects:

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses with proper scheduling
• Uphold policies and processes
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Work alongside Chef to ensure food quality is up the Taco Stache Standard
• Basic kitchen skills to assist Kitchen when necessary
• Assist with customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Excecute Events alongside Operation Directors

Job Requirements:

We require at least 2 years of restaurant managment experience.
