Description:
We are a premier property management company located in mid-Missouri seeking to add a skilled Rentals Showings Specialist to our team. If you are looking for a career that gives you the opportunity to work independently, while also allowing you to be a part of a great team, this could be the perfect fit!
Knowledge and Skills: 
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
  • Good knowledge of sales, leasing, real estate, and/or property management is preferred
  • Computer literacy is required
  • Must have good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. 
Education and Work Experience: 
  • A high school diploma or equivalent 
  • One year of experience in leasing/property management is preferred but not required 
  • No college degree or real estate license required 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • A vehicle will be provided to travel to and from appointments 
  • Responsible for showing rental homes to prospective tenants 
  • Remain knowledgeable of all available homes and be able to recommend properties to clients 
  • Obtain a complete understanding of the leasing process and be able to address questions on every appointment 
  • Overcoming any obstacles to close the sale 
  • Communicate efficiently via phone, text, email, and/or in-person 
  • Assist the property management team as needed (tenant concerns, maintenance calls, inspections, etc.) 
  • Assist with general office work (answering phones, filing, etc.) 
  • Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements: 
  • Must have valid driver's license and a clean driving record 
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends 
  • Must possess excellent time management and organization skills 
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance 
  • Must be flexible and detail-oriented 
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team
