Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including single-family homes, multi-family units, and commercial spaces.
  • Oversee the collections, delinquency, evictions, charge backs and account audits.
  • Handle tenant requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate digital and written records of all property-related transactions and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Prepare, submit, and execute paperwork to various entities for compensation and possession.
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. Maintain training materials for your typical tasks.
  • Attend to emergency situations and resolve them promptly.
  • Coordinate with the site managers and other office personnel regarding tenants and the status of delinquency/eviction.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, collections and understanding account ledgers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and property management software (preferable Appfolio).
  • Must have a level of knowledge, skills, and competency in using computers and related technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
