Office/Shop Assistant - Screen Printing and Embroidery

We are looking for a professional, detail oriented, and creative individual to assist our office and production staff. This role will include helping with office tasks, as well as screen printing and embroidery production .

Individuals will perform daily office tasks, such as assisting customers, generating quotes, purchasing, shipping and receiving. In addition to office work, individuals will assist with screen printing and embroidery production for apparel items.

Responsibilities:

-Answer phones and sending emails

-Quotes and purchasing

-Shipping, receiving and inventory management

-Will be trained to learn basic screen printing skills

-Will be trained to learn basic embroidery skills

-Pre and post production tasks across all departments

-Project documentation

-Ensuring cleanliness and organization of production and shipping facilities

-Assist with special projects

Requirements:

-Attention to detail

-Creative

-Strong interpersonal and written skills

-Ability to multitask and switch between roles

-Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.

-Interest in learning

Experience:

Prior experience helpful but not required

College degree preferred but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
