Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Resposibilities:
- Sales Support

• Assist in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Prepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and site inspections for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications.

- Client Relationship Management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor sales proposals accordingly.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services and amenities to clients.

- Administrative support

• Provide administrative support to the hotel and sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Manage inventory of sales collateral and marketing materials.

- **Communication and Collaboration**

• Liaise with other departments, such as catering, security, events, and reservations, to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities and guest requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to relay client feedback, special requests, and operational needs.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and process.

Requirements:

-Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - preferred, not required.
- Proven experience in hotel sales, account management, or customer service
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and market trends
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel occassionally as required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Fluency in Spanish is a bonus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
