Role Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Assist in risk management activities, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting action items.
  • Coordinate with external partners and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management for project-related activities.
  • Support project managers in tracking project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Assist in the implementation of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing project documentation and records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
