The Stonehenge Company is Hiring a Property Manager Near Gahanna, OH

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relations, ensuring property maintenance and repairs, and maximizing occupancy rates. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance

- Advertise and market available units to attract potential tenants

- Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and procedures

- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, conducting inspections as needed

- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or disputes in a timely manner

- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors as necessary

- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations

- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and generate reports

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Proficient in data entry and record keeping

- Knowledge of real estate administrative procedures

- Understanding of legal administrative processes related to property management

- Sales skills to effectively market available units and attract tenants

- Exceptional phone etiquette to handle tenant inquiries professionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
