For students pursuing degrees in Psychology, Sociology, Early Childhood Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Counseling, and Mental Health, this opportunity could mark the beginning of a fulfilling and enduring career path. Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour

Job Duties
- Deliver direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services to children diagnosed with autism, conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Work under the guidance of a program supervisor, instructing clients on essential skills such as communication, play, socialization, and fostering greater independence. In addition, ABA Behavior Technicians assist in addressing challenging behaviors.
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals.
- 6-month commitment to consistent and dependable attendance, as well as responsive and timely communication, is essential to the role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to commute up to 5-20 miles or 30-45 minutes
- Childcare experience required
- Bilingual Spanish is required
