Currently, hiring RBTs/BTs for 0-3 (early start) clients. Looking for dedicated, independent, and reliable individuals to work in a team environment.
Free BCBA supervision available! Competitive pay! Mileage and travel time compensation! We strive to keep each Behavior Technician working in their home town to maximize 1:1 sessions and decrease travel. This is simply one of that ways we support a work - life balance. Hiring for positions in San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties for both full and part time positions. (Tracy, Lathrop, Manteca, Modesto, Mountain House). GET TO CHOOSE THE AREA YOU WORK IN!

Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs, sit on floor, quickly stand and be agile during session.
- Must have reliable transportation/ means of traveling to and from client homes
- Valid Driver's License Must have proof of auto insurance (name must be on policy)
- Provide record of immunization to Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR), Chicken Pox (Varicella Zoster) amp; Whooping Cough (Pertussis)
- Able to pass Background Check 18 years of age or older
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Current RBT, BCAT, or ABAT Certification OR Bachelor's Degree or Higher Required
- COVID-19 vaccinations required (exceptions allowed for medical and religious exemptions. If applying for medical exemption, a note from a medical professional must be provided before being authorized to be in the field)
