The Stand - Dishwasher

The Stand is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, and Houston Texas. We believe in Great Food and Great Service without compromising on Great Value.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team.

Qualifications :

• Outgoing personality and friendly attitude
• Passion for food
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, initiative, and enthusiasm
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to maintain a clean kitchen, attend to special requests, and keep guests happy
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities :

• Bussing tables and keeping the front and back of the house clean
• Properly washing dishes
• Taking out the trash
• Opening and closing the dishwashing station, including proper sanitization
• Receiving and organizing produce, paper goods, and dry goods
• Preparing food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Following recipes and presentation specifications
• Operating standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Cleaning and maintaining a station by practicing good safety and sanitation procedures

Working Conditions :

• Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
• Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Occasional access to high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder
• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including steam, high kitchen temperatures, humidity, freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning, and outdoor / patio conditions

Schedule :

• Shift : 4PM-CLOSE
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Compensation and Benefits :
