The Staffing Alliance is seeking a Groundskeeper/Landscaper in Pembroke, NC (Must have valid NC Driver License).
The employee will be responsible for performing routine manual labor related to grounds maintenance.
Pay, Shift, and Perks for Groundskeeper/Landscaper:
- Monday-Friday
- 7 AM- 4 PM
- Full-Time Hours
- $9.82/HR
- Weekly Pay!
- $75 Referral Bonus (ask for details)
Requirements for Groundskeeper/Landscaper:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid NC drivers license.
- Driving record will be completed.
- Proficient knowledge of maintaining lawns and grounds
- Proficient with operating grounds keeping equipment such as tractors, power mowers, edger, and etc.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously.
Responsibilities for Groundskeeper/Landscaper:
- Performing routine manual labor on grounds around the facility to include lawn and parking lot
- Keeping facilities and surrounding areas free from trash, litter, debris, and weeds.
- Mowing, watering and fertilizing lawns.
- Planting, trimming, mulching, and fertilizing flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Cleaning and painting benches, poles, and signs.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment
