As our Compensation Analyst,you'll play a vital role in developing, implementing, and evaluating CascadiaHealth's compensation program. Essential Duties:
Conduct research, analysis, and design of compensation programsand policies.
Complete salary surveys and analyze compensation data toevaluate external competitiveness.
Develop cost estimates and propose compensation initiatives andincentive plans.
Prepare and maintain Cascadia's salary schedule and jobdescriptions.
Partner with recruitment and employee relations teams on joboffers and union negotiations.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws andregulations related to compensation.
Participate in agency committees and provide compensationsupport as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, orrelated field, or equivalent experience.
Two to four years of related experience in compensation analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office,especially Excel.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws related tocompensation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to work effectively in a team environment.
