**The Role**

The Spur Group is looking for a **Client Delivery Director** to join the Business Operations team. The Client Delivery Director works closely with our employees and our clients to develop strategic client-ready work products. They also support the Executive Leadership team in running the business. In this role, you will lead teams 3-4 managers and a team of 15-20 consultants in selling and managing consulting engagements.

**What You'll Do**

* Work with clients to understand their pain points and objectives

* Scope out project objectives and work efforts, and identify the staffing options and project approaches to meet project objectives

* Work closely with clients and team members to drive deliverables and projects to completion

* Manage project teams and client relationships, as well as internal employee career development

* Coordinate tasks and actions across the team to ensure workload is balanced

* Know when and how to pull in additional senior leadership to drive client outcomes

* Work with Managers to build project plans, set weekly priorities, and ensure milestones are met

* Draft executive level communications including emails, newsletters, and executive presentations

* Advise clients on business strategies and approaches

* Analyze information, derive data, draw conclusions, and manage actions based on conclusions

* Present in client meetings to review analytical approaches and interpret results

* Prepare drafts of high quality, error free deliverables

* Maintain project hygiene integrity across systems

* Report out on project status to clients and firm leadership

* Coach Managers to effectively manage engagements and grow consultants in the firm

**Requirements**

* Bachelors degree (liberal arts, business, finance, or economics is a strong plus)

* Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience required (consulting and business operations experience a plus)

* 5-6 years of experience leading people

* Good business acumen and awareness of business and technology trends

* Expertise with the Microsoft suite of productivity tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneNote)

* PowerBI, Tableau, HubSpot, SharePoint, experience is a plus

* Budget management experience

* Strong interpersonal and team working skills

* Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn from mentors and peers
