Position: Medical Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
Handle patient appointments, check-ins, and scheduling with efficiency and accuracy.
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and provide essential information to patients.
Collaborate with the medical team to maintain a smooth patient flow.
Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date patient records.
Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a medical receptionist role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities with an eye for detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic health records (EHR).
Must be willing to travel to both offices
Prior Insurance Verification Preferred
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Spanish speaking is a Plus!
