The Southern Rose & Rosebuds is hiring for a Part-Time Sales Associate.

This associate is a hybrid employee trained in both storefronts. This position requires daily sales floor duties such as but not limited to: greeting and interacting with customers, receiving and merchandising incoming inventory, and organizing the general flow of the sales floor. This position will be on a set schedule Tuesday-Friday with a required 2 Saturdays monthly on a rotating schedule set monthly.

Job Duties:

Requirements / Details:

• 15-30 hours weekly - more or less hours as desired
• set weekly schedule, rotating Saturdays
• 2 Saturdays a month required
• Continual on-the-job learning is required

• Must communicate well with others - both members of a team and with customers
• High-paced storefront requires good stress management skills and time management skills to complete all daily tasks as required
• Some heavy lifting (incoming inventory) is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
