The Sales Lead supports the management team in achieving sales and profitability goals by creating a positive and energetic store environment. The primary focus is to ensure superior customer service by acting as the sales floor leader and assisting the management in all areas. The Sales Lead assist in ensuring excellent visual merchandising and operational standards, and may act as the on duty in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
The essential functions of the Sales Lead are generating individual and store productivity performance, and building connections and loyalty with customers. You will be coaching our store team, training, being a team leader and role model.
