Position: Entry-Level Sales Representative
Location: South Florida (multiple office locations available)
Job Type: Full-time, Entry Level
Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission and bonuses, with the potential to break 200k in the first year. Representatives can make 30k per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Build rapport with clients and understand their needs to recommend appropriate products/services
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Learn and implement sales strategies to become a successful closer
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
Qualifications:
- No prior sales experience required; we provide comprehensive training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
