We are looking for a tech assistant/Office manager to assist the CFO in workload duties
Manage 3rd party deliveries, Doordash, ubereats, and online marketing strategies, upload new photos, change menu prices, answer phones from customers, make reservations through opentable, and organize office paperwork, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
Perform routine errands such as postal shipments, and other tasks as required to support office and personal operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role with responsibilities for office tasks, restaurant operations, and financial record-keeping.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent the company professionally in all forms of communication.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation for completing errands as needed.
Comfortable with a hybrid work model, able to work effectively both remotely and onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Office administration including assisting with updating menus, responding to Social media reviews, purchasing supplies, filing, and general office management to assist Office/Project Managers.
Assist with any tech issue ie contacting ISP, POS, and 3rd party delivery services.
Assist with general H/R tasks including new employee onboarding, updating employment/safety manuals, and managing employee documents.
Maintain and renew all required licenses, certificates, registrations, and insurance policies by working with insurance agents and other employees.
Assist with developing and promoting positive company culture including planning and managing company events and activities.
Assist with social media and website updates.
Assist with new business inquiries via phone and email.
Coordinate executive communications with employees, vendors, and customers.Vendor management – oversee contracts, process invoices for payment, etc.
Work closely and effectively with the leadership team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, or any changes to policy and answer any employee's questions from sick leave requests, and time off, and monitor that employee's time cards are accurate.
General administrative duties such as maintaining the filing system, copying, marking bills that have been paid, and communicating with all vendors
All other duties assigned.
Responsibilities
Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Requirements and skills
Work experience as an Office Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Excellent MS Office knowledge of Google spreadsheets and docs.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office and restaurant gadgets and applications (e.g. POS. Windows Computers, Android Mobile Phones, and tablets
Qualifications
Experience in the restaurant operations is a plus.
Bilingual is a plus Spanish/English
