The primary role of a Dental Front Desk receptionist is to get patients to schedule and warmly connect with patients during their time spent in the office.

The Dental Front Desk Receptionist should demonstrate a welcoming and approachable disposition to each patient on the phone and in person, providing the best possible first impression’ and overall patient experience in the office.

Our busy dental office will keep you motivated while providing a rewarding and exciting career.

1 year of experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist in a Dental office.

Excellent communication skills.

Self-motivated Positive 'Can-Do' Attitude. Being ready, available, and willing to get the job done, and done well.

A Team player mindset.

Excellent phone conversion skills

Knowledge of Softdent software (preferred)

Excellent time management skills

Demonstrates knowledge of dental terminology, technical skills, and equipment.

Excellent computer skills.
